Role:
New state-of-the-art small animal practice seeking part-time customer service representative to join our team, available for full shifts Tuesday and Thursday. This person will be the "face" of the clinic as they are the first person to communicate with clients. This person will also be responsible for the daily flow of the clinic through the scheduling of appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Answer telephones providing excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments allowing the appropriate time for service requested
• Configure invoices and ensure proper payment for services rendered
• Check clients in and out including preparation of medical records
• Keep area clean and organized
• File paperwork
• Other duties as needed assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and friendly disposition
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Maintain confidentiality
• PC knowledge and keyboarding skills beneficial
• Animal handling experience preferred
• Previous experience in customer service preferred

Role:
New state-of-the-art small animal practice and full-service boarding facility is seeking a part-time kennel technician to join our team. This position will provide day-to-day care in the boarding facility.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and communicate regularly in a professional, friendly manner
• Schedule boarders including intake and discharge
• Alert medical staff of any medical concerns regarding boarders
• Responsible for boarder enrichment
• Administer medications
• Care for animals including feeding, watering, and cleaning of eliminations
• Keep the boarding facility clean and organized
• Assist in the marketing of boarding facility
• Other duties as needed assigned by management
• Weekend animal care is required
• Must be able to work effectively with others in a team environment, but also be a highly self-motivated individual

Qualifications:

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and friendly disposition
• Organizational skills
• Experience in animal handling and proper care of animals preferred
• Previous experience in a boarding or kennel setting is preferred
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
