Cat Boarding Overnight Suites
$25 per night
We’ve placed all of our feline suites for our cat boarding in a dedicated “Cats Only” accommodations, well away from our canine guests. Large windows fill the cat accommodations with plenty of natural light. Your cat can snooze the day away in the sun or watch birds flutter around the feeders just outside the window. We’ve outfitted each feline suite with a separate litter box room, elevated perches, soft beds, and cozy hiding spots. When a cat prefers extra alone time, we provide privacy curtains to make them feel right at home.
Cat Boarding Services
Lavatory
We equip each feline suite with a separate bathroom that includes its own ventilation system. Our staff cleans the litter boxes twice daily and as often as needed throughout your cat’s stay. We choose low-dust, recycled paper litter for our feline guests. However, since we understand that cats can be sensitive to changes in their litter substrate, we also offer clumping clay litter. We recommend selecting the option that most closely matches the litter your cat prefers at home.
Meal Service
Our team serves each guest two meals a day — breakfast in the morning and dinner at the end of the day. If your pet needs more than two meals daily, simply let our hotel staff know when you check in, and we’ll be happy to accommodate their schedule.
Maid Service
We clean guest accommodations at least once each morning and more often as needed. Our team refreshes accommodations while guests enjoy their exercise time outside their suites each day, based on their preferences
Playtime
At Prairie Hills, we make sure every cat’s day is packed with curiosity and fun! Our feline guests stretch their legs and explore the accommodations during both morning and afternoon play sessions. Whether they’re scaling the exercise perches, birdwatching from the window, or prowling around their space, each cat enjoys personal time outside their suite to stay sharp, stimulated, and stress-free.

Spa Services
Feline spa services are available upon request and dependent upon each individual’s behavior. Please speak with one of our hotel staff to discuss the options for your feline friend.
Pet Boarding Requirements
Vaccinations
In order to keep all of our guests safe, we require that each guest is up to date on their vaccinations. Proof of vaccine status from your veterinarian will be required upon check in, or you may send your pet’s proof of vaccination prior to check in by emailing us at info@prairiehillsvet.com.
Required vaccinations include:
- Rabies – within the last 1 or 3 years as stated on your veterinarian’s records
- FVRCP – within the last 1 or 3 years as stated on your veterinarian’s records
Fecal testing
Guests must have a stool sample tested for parasites before boarding. Fecal testing helps us identify and treat common intestinal parasites, keeping our boarding facility parasite-free and protecting your pet as well as other guests. We require fecal testing to be completed within the last 6 months. If your pet hasn’t had the testing, we can complete it for you. Please drop off a stool sample at least one week before your pet’s stay so that we can complete any necessary follow-up treatments.
